怎么解决这个错误：fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'graphics.h': No such file

这个提示是说没有找到 graphics.h 这个文件。graphics.h 最早是 tc 里面的图形库，后来在 vc 下有很多类似的兼容库，国内比较常见的方法就是安装 easyx，然后就可以在 vc 里面用 graphics.h。
