快捷方式shutdown ?s ?t为什么关不了机？

shutdown ?s ?t 后面要跟上时间，比如shutdown ?s ?t 360 就是360秒后关机。还有，这个命令以管理员权限运行cmd，然后执行这个命令才能关机。
